Russia-Ukraine War Update | Massive Retaliation by Russia | NATO Country Named
Today is Friday, 6th June, and our topic is the Russia-Ukraine war.
But before diving into the details, I want to wish you all a very Happy Eid ul-Adha. May Allah accept your sacrifices and bless you and your families.
Honestly, I wasn’t planning to make a video today, knowing most of you must be busy with goat shopping. The markets are overcrowded and full of life.
However, two major developments just came in—news that you and I have been waiting for.
Key Headlines:
- Russia has launched a major retaliatory strike.
- Even more importantly, Russia has officially named a NATO country that supported Ukraine in these attacks.
I’ll reveal that name shortly, but for now—try guessing in the comments!
Russian Strikes on Ukraine
Russia launched 400 drones and 40 missiles across Ukraine—including the capital city. These attacks targeted military sites, energy infrastructure, and ammunition depots.
Meanwhile, fake news and videos are circulating on social media, claiming that a missile named Oreshik was launched by Russia and destroyed mid-air over Kazakhstan.
Let me clarify: These are fake. The footage is actually of Chinese satellites, not a Russian missile. There was no “Oreshik.”
Yes, Russia did fire Iskander-M missiles, which are powerful ballistic missiles.
Ukraine claims that Russia targeted civilians, labeling them a “terrorist state.” According to Ukrainian officials:
- 4 civilians were killed
- Over a dozen were injured
Now ask yourself: If Israel, the world’s most aggressive force, had fired 400 drones and 40 missiles, would only 4 people have died? Clearly, Russia’s target was military—not civilian.
Russia's Intentions
President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that he respects Ukrainians, acknowledging their shared ethnic and historical roots. He has no interest in targeting civilians.
The casualties reported are likely the result of Ukraine’s own air defense systems trying to intercept missiles—especially as the Patriot missile system was active.
Russia has claimed that it successfully destroyed a Patriot system in these strikes, along with other critical military targets. However, this is not the end of their response—more retaliation may follow.
The NATO Link: Who Helped Ukraine?
Russia has named the NATO country that helped Ukraine in this operation—Britain (Bartania).
This confirms what many suspected: Ukraine didn’t act alone. Russia is currently investigating further, but already, the UK has not issued a denial.
When Ukraine launched these strikes, UK opposition leader Keir Starmer issued an order for military readiness.
Why? Because he likely knew Russia would trace the support back to its source.
Global Reactions: Trump, China, and Korea
Former U.S. President Donald Trump once used a metaphor: “Two kids are fighting in a park—let them fight, I’ll try to separate them.”
Russia rejected this, saying:
“This isn’t just a fight between two kids. This is a fight for the future of our children and against NATO expansion.”
A Russian official also confirmed that Trump had previously helped de-escalate tensions between Pakistan and India, but warned that the current conflict is different and far more dangerous.
Russia says it is willing to negotiate, but only if NATO stops supplying weapons, intelligence, and support to Ukraine.
Tensions in Asia: China, North Korea & the U.S.
Amid all this, Kim Jong-un has reaffirmed North Korea’s support for Russia, just as Russia has stood with them in the past.
This has sparked anger in the U.S., who now blames Kim Jong-un and Xi Jinping, not NATO, for escalating the war.
The South China Sea is seeing major military drills by Japan, the U.S., and China. Tensions in the region are at an all-time high.
This global divide—between NATO allies and the China-Russia-North Korea bloc—is growing. And many experts believe that a much larger war is brewing—not immediately, but possibly within months or years.
Final Thoughts
Putin is not looking to escalate without purpose. He wants to reshape the global order into a multipolar world, and that requires strategy, not chaos.
Russia, China, and North Korea are preparing for a long game—while NATO is preparing for immediate confrontation.
We'll continue watching these developments closely.
Stay tuned for more updates, and share your thoughts in the comments.
JazakAllah Khair. Eid Mubarak once again
